How does our process work?

Scheduling pick up locations

Currently, as we work towards establishing a Brick and Mortar Location, pickup times can be scheduled after you select a game on our website and fill out the autogenerated contact forum.

Once you've chosen the games you'd like to rent and your preferred pickup location, you'll receive an email from us with instructions on how to schedule pick up.

What do I do when I am finished with my games?

When you are finished enjoying your games after our 7 day rental period, Simply reach out to us via email or phone to schedule your drop-off time at your convenience.

How long is the rental time?

Rental time is limited to 7 days.

Late fees

Standard rental time for a game is 1 week. For each week the game is late we will charge an additional 50% of the cost of rental up to the full retail price of the game. We understand that things happen and drop offs can be tricky so we do allow for a generous grace period if you reach out to us and let us know you are having trouble dropping off.

Damage policy

We reserve the right to charge for damages, up to the retail price of the game. Normal wear and tear is expected over time but we want to ensure our games stay in a playable state for everyone to enjoy.
